This lounger by Mies van der Rohe is rarely found on board an exclusive cruise ship. Nevertheless, it was once intended for this purpose. It could be attached to the ship's sill and is particularly comfortable thanks to its shape and free-swinging character.

With its elegant tubular steel frame and leather-covered upholstery in a tubular design, Mies van der Rohe's recliner is an attractive eye-catcher in lofts, offices and living spaces. Even today, the Adjustable Armchair is one of the most comfortable pieces of furniture in Bauhaus history.
